Right off the bat , I felt as tho I as a reader was missing something , things didn't flow together as I believe , turns out there is a prequel of sorts when subscribing to author follow . might have kept that odd sort of gap away if I had known it . That being said , I did like the story building . Bro had it rough in life , despite or MB becuz of magic affinity . the mystery was fine. A bit of slow spots , but necessary for filling in the world build. I will definitely get the next in series , hoping the interpersonal relations fill out , as well as the beings aspect. One major compliant in regards to comatose person ,... Who bathes , feeds ,(via IV or g-tube, empties urine bag or cleanses ?) Truly irked me that it was neglected like she could just stay there for a day without care. Research plz!!
